We may collect contact details, company and project information, messages, uploaded documents and basic technical or consent data needed to operate the website.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange demonstrations, assess applications, protect the service and maintain required records. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and rights
Project, quotation and demo records are normally retained for 24 months after meaningful contact; unsuccessful applications for 12 months; and security logs for 12 months unless an incident requires longer. Access, correction and deletion requests may be sent to info@nexstria.com.
Service providers and transfers
Approved hosting, database, storage, email and analytics providers may process limited information to deliver the service, including across borders. Final deployed integrations and consent settings govern the exact processing.
